The Support Services Team provides specialist support for current international students, staff and academic visitors. The team can help with visa and immigration issues, as well as personal and financial problems.

The Recruitment Team supports non-UK students on their journey to Nottingham, providing help and advice throughout the application process. International Officers from the team look after students from specific countries.

The Study Abroad Team manages study abroad opportunities for current Nottingham students, in addition to welcoming over 1,000 incoming study abroad and exchange students to the University of Nottingham each year. The Team manages inter-campus exchanges between the UK, Malaysia and China, as well as international exchange agreements for both staff and students, including the Erasmus programme and the Universitas 21 network.

Vincenzo Raimo is Director of the International Office at The University of Nottingham.
He has responsibility for supporting the implementation of the University’s internationalisation strategy, including areas such as international partnerships and transnational education, international scholarships, student mobility, international student support and international student recruitment.
