PhD Environmental Engineering
"Environmental impacts due to mining on climate in local, regional and global scale are a major issue all over the world. In this context, The University of Nottingham being a premier institute having esteemed faculty and infrastructure which supports pursuing doctoral research and talents were given due recognition. With relevance to my last 10 years research work in my country the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering is considered to be the best institute for me towards pursuing my higher study. I am interested in making a long term career in Academia, Research & Development, and without the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission it could not be possible to continue with my higher study in UK and staying with my family during globally competitive study atmosphere in middle age. I shall make every endeavour to develop innovative solutions in the field of environmental impact assessment on climate. I would strongly recommend every prospective south Asian subcontinent student to join The University of Nottingham and shape their future because it will be home away from home and you will never feel like away with respect to the essence of Nottingham city, food, culture, climate and society. Specifically, I personally enjoy the beautiful environmental friendly University Park Campus and will not mind to stay few more years, if I will get the scope in future."
